Device & Chemistry – Longform

In early October 2025, I worked with Dream Machine Creative to produce a series of videos that promoted Colgate’s goal: to spread the joy, care, and success they put into personal health. I traveled to Piscataway, NJ, to assist in film production: setting up the equipment, arrange lighting, and helping the stars feel comfortable and prepared for the shoot.

Once we organized the footage from the shoot, we decided to divide the interview series into three topics: Flavors & Fragrances, Toothbrushes, and Device & Chemistry from the 8 interviews and 3-4 hours of B-Roll. I started the process by color grading and making selects from the B-Roll onto the interviews, based off a script of what the clients wanted to keep, eliminate, and debate on during the production progress. After all around approval, I’d start composing long and 60-sec versions for Device & Chemistry and Toothbrushes, as well as quality edits for Flavors & Fragrances until the clients were satisfied with the videos main base. I proceeded to design and animate an intro card in After Effects, based on the Clients concept, for the series. After months of quality check & polish, the series was completed in mid-March of 2026.

In early 2026, I was assembling multiple shots & edits for social media while I was working at Dream Machine Creative. Within the list of DMC projects to prepare for posting, the Adidas X Champs project was one of the ones I had the most fun assembling.

I took the original video and shortened it in Premiere to be less than 60 seconds so it could fully play on Instagram. I added and mixed music to the beat and feel of the video to add more energy. After collecting the best angles to grab the viewers attention, I made the post.

My friends and I wanted to make a horror short, but then the snickers in the vending machine spoke to us, convincing us to make a horror snickers commercial… so we did!

I directed and filmed the short, as well as editing and composing the lighting, effects, and framework in premiere. The props were borrowed and we promised the severed hand isn’t real…

We had to film something that played with color schemes to add to the tone, something with suspense, and my team and I came up with an idea based on an inspiration:

I directed and filmed the short film as half the team acted and the other half assisted in cinematography. I also adjusted the hues, added suspenseful music, and composed the final piece in Premiere Pro within a couple days.

Interference

The student blocked their friend from ever talking to them again. One day the student tries to get school work done, but the choice of their decision follows. The short horror film was inspired by the concepts of Black Mirror, and the possible future of technology.

I directed and filmed this short film, with my actresses suggesting final result of the video’s intro. I edited and composed the final product, and tracked the glitch effect on the blocked-killers face in Premiere Pro.
